9TH SEPTEMBER: MENU FROM CHEF ROSANNA MARZIALE
The three events that will take the winning chefs of the Italian IMAF CHEF’S CUP (created by Rossella Canevari) abroad are right round the corner. We will soon find out who the final winner of the first edition of this competition which is dedicated to food and art will be.
 
Waiting to find out all the details on the final evening at the Il Fornaio restaurant of San Francisco, where Rosanna Marziale and Stefano Cerveni will compete head to head for the last shot at winning, here is a taste of the specialties that will be presented during the two evenings. They will do this by preparing dishes that have brought them to the final again in the beautiful location at Il Fornaio restaurant in San Francisco
 
Let’s start with a happy hour with the chef ROSANNA MARZIALE, a Michelin star chef who is able to transfer her beautiful and genuine personality in all her dishes. Her finger food menu created for the event on September 9th was inspired by her home region of Campania with some of her specialties which has made her restaurant Le Colonne from Caserta very famous.
 
One of the ingredients “made in Italy” will be the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOC which has been used with skill and originality in all her dishes.
