11TH SEPTEMBER 2013: THE "GRAN FINALE" IN SAN FRANCISCO
For the final evening of the show which will take place September 11 at Il Fornaio restaurant in San Francisco, Rosanna Marziale and Stefano Cerveni will face eachother for the their last shot at winning by presenting the dishes that made them reach the final.

Antipasto
 Flat-grilled sea scallop served on a black Italian rice salad w/ fennel, radicchio
 
 First course prepared with a spectacular cooking show by
Chef ROSANNA MARZIALE:
Gragnano Spaghetti with San Marzano Tomatoes dripped in Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP,
dish inspired by the famous masterpiece "Miseria e Nobiltà"
of the great Italian movie director, Eduardo Scarpetta
 
Selection of tea: MUNI TEA
 
Second course prepared with a spectacular cooking show by
Chef STEFANO CERVENI:
Bread Soup with diced, crispy Free-range Chicken and Black Truffles,
dish inspired by Academy Award-winning movie "Babette's Feast"
 
DESSERT:
Mirto and blueberry custard, with honey-orange toasted almond squares
